# Choose your language

MedLibro is in French and in English. Your choice changes the buttons, the menus, the messages, the dates and the figures. If you never choose, MedLibro is in French.

Questions, explanations, clinical cases, and the names of modules and courses stay in French. Your notes stay as you wrote them.

## Choose in the settings

1. Open **Settings** from your [account menu](/en/account#account-menu).
2. Select *Français* or *English* in the **App language** row.

The app changes at once.

## Choose on another page

- On the public pages, select *Français* or *English* at the bottom of the page. Public pages include the home page, the login page and **Pricing**.
- On the **Verify your email address** page, the same choice is at the bottom.
- In the [search box](/en/search), type *change language*, then select the result. The result names the other language.

## Use your language on each device

MedLibro keeps your language on your account. When you log in on another device, MedLibro opens in that language.

If you choose a language on the login page and then log in, your account takes that language. A new account starts in the language of the signup form.

## Get your emails in your language

MedLibro writes its emails in the language of your account. If you never chose a language, your emails are in French.

A code that you ask for on the **Verify your email address** page comes in the language that you chose on that page. A password reset code always comes in the language of your account.
