# Send photos

If you have no scanner, you can photograph the paper with your phone. You send 40 photos at most for one paper.

## Take good photos

- Put each page flat.
- Use good light.
- Keep the whole page in the photo.

A clear photo helps the team to read the paper.

## Add your photos

1. In the form, under **The exam paper**, select **Photos**.
2. Select **Add photos**.
3. On a phone, take the photos or choose them from your gallery. On a computer, choose the files.
4. To add more photos, select **Add photos** again.

You can choose several photos at a time. Each page gets a number, in the order that you added it. Below the photos, MedLibro shows their number and their total size.

## Put the pages in order

Each page has three buttons below it:

- The left arrow moves the page earlier.
- The right arrow moves the page later.
- The bin removes the page.

## What MedLibro does with your photos

MedLibro makes your photos smaller before it sends them, so a whole paper uses little of your data. It also removes the information that your phone stores in a photo, such as the place.

If MedLibro cannot read a photo, it says **This photo couldn't be read. Send it as JPEG or PNG.** Some phones save photos in a format that the browser cannot open.

## If your photos pass the limit

A message shows below the photos, and **Send the exam paper** stops working. To continue, remove some pages.

- **Send at most 40 photos.** You added more than 40 photos.
- **The exam paper is larger than 20 MB.** Your photos take more than 20 MB in all.
