# Get started

This page takes you from a new account to your first session. You need about ten minutes and an email address that you can read.

## Your first ten minutes

On a phone, the menu button at the top left opens the side menu.

1. [Create an account](/en/getting-started/create-an-account) with your email address.
2. [Verify your email address](/en/getting-started/verify-your-email) with the code that MedLibro sends you.
3. [Choose your language](/en/account/language), French or English.
4. Select **New session** at the bottom of the side menu.
5. [Create a session](/en/sessions/create-a-session) on the 1st year.
6. [Answer a few questions](/en/sessions/answer-questions).
7. Select the arrow at the top left to leave the session.
8. Select **Dashboard** in the side menu to see [your results](/en/getting-started/dashboard).

## See what is free

Every account has the whole 1st year for free, with every feature. The other years need a paid plan. See [Plans](/en/plans) and [Choose your year](/en/getting-started/choose-your-year).
