# Contact MedLibro

You can write to the MedLibro team on Telegram or by email. You can also follow the news on Telegram.

## Write to the team

- To write on Telegram, select **Send a message** or open [t.me/opso_co](https://t.me/opso_co).
- To write by email, select **Email** or write to [contact@opso.co](mailto:contact@opso.co).

**Send a message** is at the bottom of the public pages, and in **More** in your [account menu](/en/account#account-menu). **Email** is at the bottom of the public pages.

## Follow the news

Select **Telegram channel** or open [t.me/medlibro_co](https://t.me/medlibro_co). The channel gives news and announcements. To ask a question, use **Send a message**.

## Say what happened

Put these details in your message:

- the email address of your account
- the page that you tried to open
- what you did, and the message that you saw
- your device and your browser

For a payment, also give the reference that MedLibro shows. See [Fix a payment problem](/en/plans/payment-problems).

> Never send your password or a code from an email in a message.
