# An email does not arrive

MedLibro sends a code by email to verify an address, to change an address and to reset a password. If a code does not arrive, follow these steps in order.

## Find the email

1. Look in your spam folder.
2. Search your mailbox for *MedLibro*.
3. Add the sender to your contacts when you find the email.

This helps the next emails reach your inbox.

## Check the address

- The **Verify your email address** page shows the address that received the code. If it is wrong, [correct the address](/en/getting-started/verify-your-email#wrong-address).
- To reset a password, type the address of your account. MedLibro sends a code only to an address that has an account.
- To change your address, look in the new mailbox. MedLibro sends the code there.

## Ask for a new code

- On the **Verify your email address** page, select **Resend the code**. If the button shows a countdown, wait until it ends.
- To reset a password, open the [login page](https://medlibro.co/login) and select **Forgot your password?** again.
- To change your address, close the form, then select **Your email** again.

Use the newest email, because a new code replaces the old code.

## Read the message on the page

- **We couldn't send the code. Resend it in a moment.** MedLibro could not send the email. Wait a moment, then ask for the code again.
- **A code has just been sent to you. Wait a minute before asking for another.** Wait a minute, and look for the email that MedLibro already sent.
- **Too many attempts. Try again in a few minutes.** Wait a few minutes, then ask again.
