# Solve a login problem

Find the case that matches what you see on the screen, then do what it says.

## MedLibro refuses your details

MedLibro shows **Please check your email address, username or password and try again.**

1. Check the address or the username that you typed.
2. Type your password again.
3. [Reset your password](/en/getting-started/reset-your-password) if it still does not work.

## MedLibro says that there are too many attempts

MedLibro shows **Too many attempts. Try again in a few minutes.** Wait a few minutes, then try again. If you forgot your password, [reset it](/en/getting-started/reset-your-password).

## MedLibro opens only the verification page

Your email address is not verified. MedLibro opens only the **Verify your email address** page until you type the code.

- To type the code, see [Verify your email address](/en/getting-started/verify-your-email).
- If the address on the page is wrong, see [Correct a wrong address](/en/getting-started/verify-your-email#wrong-address).
- If no email arrives, see [An email does not arrive](/en/help/email-problems).

## MedLibro logs you out

MedLibro opens the login page, or shows **Your session has ended. Please refresh the page and log in again.** This can happen in these cases:

- You logged in on another device.
- You or somebody else changed your password.
- You logged in a long time ago.

Refresh the page and [log in](/en/getting-started/log-in) again. MedLibro brings you back to the page that you were on.

If you did not change your password and you think that somebody else did, [reset your password](/en/getting-started/reset-your-password).

## MedLibro says that your account is disabled

MedLibro shows **This account is disabled. Contact us if you think this is a mistake.** You cannot log in. See [Contact MedLibro](/en/help/contact-us).

## MedLibro says that your address is already in use

MedLibro shows **The email address you entered is already in use. If you forgot your password, please reset it.** when you sign up. The address already has an account. [Log in](/en/getting-started/log-in) with it, or [reset your password](/en/getting-started/reset-your-password).
