# Read a book

A book opens on its first page. This page shows the name of the module and the **Contents**.

## Go to a course

1. Open the book.
2. In **Contents**, select a course.

The **Contents** gives each course with its number of notes. If a question belongs to no course, its notes stand last, under **Other notes**. Each course starts on a new page, and its pages are numbered from 1.

At the top of a page, the back arrow returns to the shelf. After the first page, a button next to it returns to the **Contents**.

## Turn the pages

- Select the folded corner at the bottom of the page.
- Select an arrow beside the page number.
- On a phone, swipe across the book.
- On a computer, press <kbd>←</kbd> or <kbd>→</kbd>.

On a large screen, the book opens on two pages. On a phone, you read one page at a time. The pages do not scroll, so a long note continues on the next page.

## Read a page

A page shows each question with its options and its answer, for example *Answer: B or BD*. Your notes stand below, the oldest first, each with its date. The arrow beside a question opens it.

- A question in two courses shows its notes in both courses.
- A question of a clinical case shows its number in the case.
- If MedLibro removed a question, the page says **This question is no longer available.** Your notes on it stay.

## Choose your paper

In **Settings**, the row **Choose the Notebook's style** offers **Ruled paper** or **White background**. Your choice applies to the book and to the notes beside a question.
