# Run an action

The search runs a few actions. Type the start of the action's name, then select it. Actions show when you type on the first level of the search, not inside a year or a module.

| Action | What it does |
|---|---|
| **New session** | Opens the [session form](/en/sessions/create-a-session). |
| **New playlist** | Opens your playlists with the form for a new one. |
| **Dark mode** or **Light mode** | Switches between light and dark. |
| **Rose theme** | Applies a colour theme and keeps it on your account. |
| **Keyboard shortcuts** | Shows [the keys](/en/sessions/keyboard-shortcuts). It shows only on a computer. |
| *Français* | Changes the language of the app. |

The search stays open after a change of mode or theme, so you see the result. **Light mode** shows when the app is dark.

Each colour theme has its own row, except the theme that you use. Type its name, or *theme* to see them all. To find the language, type *language*.
