# Report an error

If you think that a question has an error, send a report from the question.

## Send a report

1. On the question, select the ⋮ button at the right of the top bar.
2. Select **Report the question**.
3. Under **I want to report**, select **Answer**, **Course** or **Other**.
4. Fill in what the report asks for.
5. Select **Submit**.

MedLibro then shows **Thank you for your contribution and your feedback.**

## What each report asks for

- **Answer**: under **What is the right answer?**, select the letters that you think are right.
- **Course**: under **Which are the right courses?**, choose the courses. The list holds the other courses of the question's chapters.
- **Other**: type your note in **Do you have a note or an explanation?**

The note is optional for **Answer** and **Course**, and you need it for **Other**.

If the letters that you select are already the right answer, MedLibro shows **this answer is already the correct one.** and sends nothing.

## Report a question of a clinical case

A report is about the question on the screen. On a clinical case, the report does not show **I want to report**. It asks only for the right answer, and you can add a note.
