After you select Check, three buttons appear. Each button sets when the card comes back, and it shows this time, for example 4 days. The first button brings the card back soonest, and the last button brings it back latest.
Your answer decides which three buttons you see. They are red for a wrong answer and green for a right answer. On a phone, the buttons stand one above the other. On a computer, they stand side by side.
Rate a wrong answer
The three buttons are red. Each one always gives the same time, whatever the history of the card.
| Button | Back in |
|---|---|
| Forgot | 10 min |
| Recalled | 1 hour |
| Almost | 4 hours |
The three buttons differ only in this time. Each one restarts the count of your right answers on this card. So your next right answer gives a time from the First right answer column below.
Rate a right answer
The three buttons are green. The time depends on the button that you choose, and on the number of right answers that you gave in a row on this card.
| Button | First right answer | Second right answer in a row |
|---|---|---|
| Hard | 1 day | 4 days |
| Hesitant | 2 days | 6 days |
| Perfect | 4 days | 8 days |
From the third right answer in a row, the time depends on the history of the card. It is always longer than the last time. Hesitant gives a longer time than Hard, and Perfect gives the longest time.
Each green button also changes how fast the times of this card grow. Hard slows them, Hesitant changes nothing, and Perfect speeds them up.
The button rounds a long time. For example, 8 days shows as 1 week.
After the time passes
The card waits in its deck until you open it. Right answers never remove a card from Memorix, however many you give. To remove a card, delete it.
