Write a note

Write a note beside a question, on a phone or on a computer.

You write a note on one question, and you can write many notes on the same question. You can do this in a session, in a playlist and on a Memorix card. You can also do it on a question or a clinical case that you open from a link.

Open the notes

  • On a phone, select the notes button in the bar at the top. The notes open in a panel at the bottom of the screen, above the keyboard.
  • On a computer, the notes stand beside the question. On a Memorix card, select the notes button in the bar at the top first.

The number on the notes button is the number of your notes on this question.

Write and send the note

MedLibro keeps a note only after you send it. If you leave the page before that, you lose your text.

  1. Select the field What are your notes?.
  2. Type your note.
  3. If you want, use the buttons above the field to format the text or add a link.
  4. Select the send button at the bottom right of the field.

On a computer, you can also press Ctrl + Enter to send the note. On a Mac, press ⌘ + Enter.

MedLibro adds the date and the time. The note then shows each time that you open the notes of this question. It also stands in the book of its module, in the Notebook.

Read the question while you write on a phone

The panel can hide the question. Select the question button at the right end of the buttons above the field. The question then shows under your notes, and the keyboard stays open.

Know the limits of a note

A note holds text and links. MedLibro removes an image that you paste. A web address that you type or paste stays plain text. To make it a link, use the link button.

If a note is very long, MedLibro says The note is too long. Please shorten it. Shorten the note, then send it again.
