Your Subscription page shows your plan, its end date and what you can do next.
Open the page
- Open your account menu.
- Select Subscription.
You can also open the Subscription page directly.
Read the page
If you have a plan, the page shows:
- the name of your plan, with Active beside it
- Expires, with your end date and the number of days left
- a timeline with today and the end date of each period
- Extend Premium and Use an activation key
- Change year, if you have a year plan
If you have more than one period, the date at the top is the last one. On a phone, scroll the timeline sideways to see all of it.
If you have no plan, the page shows No active subscription, with See the prices and Use an activation key. The page shows only active plans, and not your past plans.
Your profile also shows your last end date, in a line such as Premium until 27 November 2026.
Extend your plan
You can extend your plan at any time. You lose no days, because the new period starts after the current one.
- On your Subscription page, select Extend Premium. MedLibro opens the Pricing page.
- Check the choice under I’m preparing.
- Under Duration, select the duration that you want.
- On the Premium card, select Extend Premium.
- Read the message.
- Select Confirm.
- Pay as in Buy a plan.
If you have one year plan, the Premium card starts on this year. If you have Premium, it starts on Residency.
When a new period starts
| You have | You buy | The new period starts |
|---|---|---|
| Premium | Premium | After your Premium ends |
| A year plan | The same year | After your plan ends |
| A year plan | Premium | At once |
| A year plan | Another year | At once |
| Premium | A year plan | After your Premium ends |
To move from a year plan to Premium, select Residency, then Go Premium. If your year plan lasts longer than your Premium, it continues after Premium ends.
If you buy another year, you have both years. Change year then stays disabled, so write to us to change a year. If you have Premium, a year plan opens nothing new until your Premium ends, because Premium already opens this year.
